Crestmount Capital has access to all the major lenders as well a 2nd tier and private funds. We understand which lender has their specialities and can provide a solution that is suitable for your specific needs. We also have a ton of experience as well as strong relationships with these lenders. This will assist in presenting your loan to them in the best possible fashion for success.

Simply call our office to speak with Charles or one or our credit assessors. We will be able to advise you with a quick “Yes” or “No” and if your loan is something we can assist you with.

Once we have all the information and have completed a Discovery Session with you, we will be able to approach the right lenders on your behalf. This will save your deal from being “shopped around” and will also increase your chances of success.

Our staff has been lending for over 20 years. Our main types of loans we excel at in the Commercial space are: Commercial Property; Development; Land Banking; Bridging Finance and Short Term Lending.

We have access up $5 million in funds which we can lend ourselves as either 1st or 2nd Mortgage loans. We mainly look for short term arrangements with clear exit strategies with each application assessed on its own merits. Should not be able to assist with our own funds, we will assist you in applying with a number of other lenders that we feel can assist.
